 Peridot Search will generate a comprehensive brief for each requirement for approval. This collaborative process involves working closely with our client and covers the context of the hiring need, the desired candidate profile, and the specific nuances of the role. 

 Our approach is tailored for each specific need, pinpointing potential candidates from both our extensive network and external sources. This involves a blend of market mapping, profiling and headhunting to create a concise longlist that aligns best with each requirement. 

 Peridot Search will provide a progress report, which includes a short profile of each potential candidate and a full mapping of contacts made. The purpose of the review is to assess the research findings and identify potential candidates. 

 We will make contact with every approved candidate to assess their potential interest. We discuss the key aspects of the role and share the Detailed Candidate Brief with those expressing interest. Subsequently, a confidential report on each interested individual is provided to the client. 

 Peridot Search will manage and oversee the interview scheduling process and convey feedback between clients and candidates as required.  At each stage, comprehensive details will be provided to both parties, ensuring an ongoing alignment of expectations on both sides. 

 We advise both the client and the candidates during the final negotiations. In all cases, this includes thorough reference checking for the lead candidates. 

 Peridot Search ensures the precise delivery of employment offers to successful candidates. Upon their formal acceptance, we provide guidance to candidates throughout the resignation process.

 Peridot Search will remain in regular contact with candidates' during their notice period, and will keep clients informed on the candidates progress until the start date.

 We maintain contact with both our client and the successful candidate during the initial employment period and beyond, to ensure a successful integration.
